FAQs & Troubleshooting

"Check and rethread the upper thread." message appears on the LCD. What does it mean?

This message is displayed when the upper thread is broken or not threaded correctly, and an operation button, such as [Start/Stop]  button or [Reverse/Reinforcement Stitch] button, is pressed.

The machine may have problems that the upper thread broke, the thread has run out or the machine is not threaded correctly.

Check the thread path, and then thread the upper thread again.
