I tried to send an embroidery file from Design Center or Design Database to Layout & Editing, but the embroidery data was not imported to Layout & Editing.

[Cause of the problem]
 Due to conflicts with other interoperating applications or resident software, it may not be possible to send embroidery data from Design Center or Design Database to Layout & Editing.


[Copying process]
 As the update will correct the problem, get the latest version of update program for PE-DESIGN that you already use and update your PE-DESIGN to the latest version.


* How to update the program to the latest version.

  1. Activate Layout & Editing.
  2. Click Help on the menu bar, and then Check for Updates.
    It begins to check for the latest program.
  3. If it is not the latest program, the update dialog will open.
    Then follow the steps and update the program.
