Can I reduce the size of a received fax on this machine?

Yes, your machine can automatically reduce the size of an incoming fax to fit the size of the paper in your machine. To set AUTO REDUCTION mode ON, follow the instructions listed below:

 

  1. Press the Menu or Menu/Set key on the control panel.
  2. Press the up or down navigation key until SETUP RECEIVE appears and press Set or Menu/Set.
  3. Press the up or down navigation key until AUTO REDUCTION appears and press Set or Menu/Set.
  4. Press the up or down navigation key until ON (or OFF) appears and  press Set or Menu/Set.
  5. Press Stop/Exit.
