This message appears if the tape cutter button is pressed while the P-touch is printing or feeding. Press the tape cutter button only after the machine has printed and stopped.
Release the tape cutter button. If the print button was pressed, press the feed button to feed out any printed tape.
If the problem still cannot be solved, please contact the sales outlet where the P-touch was purchased.
