How do I perform a factory reset?
Use the following steps to perform a Factory Reset:

Press the Menu key.

Press the Down arrow key, display should read; 2: Maintenance.

Press the Set key, display should read; Init NVM.
-
Press the Set key, display should read; Ready to Init.
-
Press the Set key, display should read; Yes No.
-
Press the left arrow key to select; Yes.
-
Press the Set key, display should read; Initializing, Initialized, Reboot system to take effect.
-
Power off printer.
-
Wait 5 seconds.
-
Power on printer.
