FAQs & Troubleshooting

How do I print multiple lines and how many lines can I print?

Follow the steps below:

  1. Type the first line of text.
  2. Press the Enter key.
For tubes, all of the text appears as a single line on the screen and a return mark appears to indicate the location of the line break. When the tube is printed, the text after the return mark is printed on the second line.  For labels, a return mark appears at the end of the line and the cursor moves to the start of the new line.
  3. Type the next line of text.
  4. Repeat the steps 2 and 3 until all lines are entered.
  5. Press the Print key to start printing.
