How to use Numbering function

To use the Numbering function,

 

  1. Type the text.
     
  2. Move the cursor under the number that you wish to increase.
     
  3. Press the [Shift] key ( Shift key / Shift key ) and the [Print] key ( Print key / Print key ).
     
  4. Press the [Cursor] key ( Cursor key ) until [Numbering] is displayed.
     
  5. Press the [OK] key ( OK key ).
     
  6. [N* - M**] appears.
    * "N" is the number under which you put the cursor in step2.
    ** "M" is the same number as "N" before you change it.
     
  7. Type and change "M" into the last number you actually want to print.
     
  8. Press the [OK] key ( OK key ) to print the labels.

 

Example:
When making the following labels,

Numbering label sample

  1. Type "ABC3"
     
  2. Press the [Shift] key ( Shift key / Shift key ) and the [Print] key ( Print key / Print key ).
     
  3. Press the [Cursor] key ( Cursor key ) until [Numbering] is displayed.
     
  4. Press the [OK] key ( OK key ).
     
  5. [3 - 3] appears.
     
  6. Type the last number to be printed "5".
     
  7. Press the [OK] key ( OK key ) to print the labels.
