I cannot send a fax using PC-FAX (Windows 10)
If your Brother machine does not start sending a PC-FAX, or if the other party does not receive a PC-FAX, you must update your machine's PC-FAX function.
Download the latest PC-FAX Sending Installer:
Once the download is complete, double click on the downloaded file. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Try to send a PC-FAX again.
If you still cannot send a PC-FAX, your Brother machine's fax function may not be working correctly.
Try to send a standard fax using your Brother machine.
If you cannot send a standard fax using your Brother machine, the PC-FAX function will not work correctly. For more information, refer to below:
