Please check the following points:

  • Change the paper to freshly unpacked paper, and then check that the problem was solved.

  • Check that the recommended paper was used.
    To see what is the recommended paper, click here.

  • Check that the room temperature is higher than 10 degrees in Celsius (50 degrees in Fahrenheit)
