FAQs & Troubleshooting

On my Brother machine I selected "Scan to Network" using the control panel or SCAN key, but I cannot find my Macintosh.

"Scan to Network" function is not supported in Mac OS X. However, with the "Scan to File" function, you will be able to save the scanned image to a folder on a local or network hard disk in your Macintosh.

In order to use the "Scan to File" function, you will need to install ControlCenter2 on your Macintosh. ControlCenter2 is contained within the Full Driver & Software Package or Scanner Driver. The installation instructions are available on the download page.
> Click here to download Full Driver & Software Package or Scanner Driver in the Downloads section.
