The body of a fax cannot be sent when sending a fax with a cover page via AirPrint from my computer. (OS X v10.8)
Currently sending a fax with a cover page via AirPrint is not supported in OS X v10.8. To send a fax via AirPrint, clear the Use cover page check box as below.
