To print out the printer settings, follow the steps below:
QL-800/QL-810W:
Press and hold the Cutter ( ) Button on your printer for more than one second.
QL-820NWB:
Press the [Menu] button.
Use [] or [] to select [Information], and then press the [OK] button.
Use [] or [] to select [Print Configuration], and then press the [OK] button.
Use [] or [] to select [Printer Settings], and then press the [OK] button.
When the [Print Printer Settings Only?] message appears on the LCD, confirm that [Start] is selected, and then press the [OK] button.
To print out the printer settings, make sure to use a 42 mm (1.6″) or wider DK roll (QL-800) or 62 mm (2.4″) DK roll (QL-810W/820NWB). Other roll sizes cannot be used.
