How to open / print a stored label file

You can open a stored label file, edit and save it again.
You can also print a stored file.
 

Opening a stored label file
 

  1. Press the [Menu] key.
     
  2. Press the Cursor key ( Cursor keys ) to select [File], and then press the [OK] key.
     
  3. Press the Cursor key to select [Open], and then press the [OK] key.
     
  4. Press the Cursor key to select your desired label, and then press the [OK] key.


You can edit the opened file, and overwrite it or save it as another file.  For saving a label file, see " How to save a label file".



Printing a stored label file
 

  1. Press the [Menu] key.

  2. Press the Cursor] key to select [File], and then press the [OK] key.

  3. Press the Cursor key to select [Print], and then press the [OK] key.

  4. Press the Cursor to select your desired label, and then press the [OK] key.
    [Copies: 1] is displayed.

  5.  Press the Cursor key or the number keys to specify the number of copies within the range of 1 - 9, and then press the [OK] key.
