How to open the Devices and Printers window
Follow the steps below.

Windows 11
Click [Start] - [All apps] - [Windows Tools] - [Control Panel] - [Hardware and Sound] - [Devices and Printers].

Windows 10 / Windows Server 2016 / Windows Server 2019
- Click / right-click (For the touch operation, touch and hold) [Start] on the desktop.
- ( [Windows System] -) [Control Panel] - [Hardware and Sound] - [Devices and Printers].

Windows 8 / Windows 8.1 / Windows Server 2012 / Windows Server 2012 R2

On the desktop screen, move your cursor to the upper or lower right corner. The menu bar will appear on the right edge of the Desktop screen.
If the Start screen is on your computer screen, click desktop tile on the Start screen.
- Click [Settings] - [Control Panel] - [Hardware and Sound] - [Devices and Printers].

Click the [Start] button - [Devices and Printers].

Click the [Start] button - [Control Panel] - [Printers and Other Hardware] - [Printers and Faxes].

Click the [Apple] menu - [System Settings] - [Printers & Scanners].

Click the [Apple] menu - [System Preferences] - [Print & Scan] or [Printers & Scanners].
