FAQs & Troubleshooting
On my Brother machine I selected "Scan to Network" using the control panel or SCAN key, but I cannot find my Macintosh.
"Scan to Network " function is not supported in Mac OS X. However, with the "Scan to File " function, you will be able to save the scanned image to a folder on a local or network hard disk in your Macintosh.
In order to use the "Scan to File " function, you will need to install ControlCenter2 on your Macintosh. ControlCenter2 is contained within the Full Driver & Software Package or Scanner Driver . The installation instructions are available on the download page.
> Click here to download Full Driver & Software Package or Scanner Driver in the Downloads section.
