My machine only prints one copy of my document even though I have asked it to print two or more. (For Windows 2000/XP and Windows Vista)
Please follow the steps below to solve the problem:
- For Windows 2000/XP Users:
Click Start => Printers and Faxes.
For Windows Vista Users:
Click Start =>Control Panel => Printers.
- Right click on the printer icon for your machine and select Properties.
- Click the Advanced tab and uncheck Enable advanced printing features.
- Click APPLY to save the settings then click OK.
