I cannot scan from the bundled application (Presto! BizCard or PageManager). (Macintosh)



To resolve this issue:

  1. Make sure the DSMobileCapture software is running, and then close it.
  2. Delete the DSMobileCapture software icon from the Dock.

  3. Start the DSMobileCapture software again.
