The printer cannot communicate with other devices via Wi-Fi® or Bluetooth® .
Depending on whether you are using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, confirm that the Bluetooth indicator or the Wi-Fi indicator is lit in blue. If it is not, turn on your printer and press and hold the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi button until the Bluetooth indicator or the Wi-Fi indicator starts blinking in blue.
