How to use Numbering function

To use the Numbering function,

 

  1. Type the text.
  2. Move the cursor under the number that you wish to increase.
  3. Continue pressing the function key until "Print Option" is displayed.
  4. Press the OK key.
  5. Press the cursor key until "Numbering" is displayed.
  6. Press the OK key.
  7. "1 - 9?" appears.
  8. Type the last number to be printed.
  9. Press the Print key or the OK key to print the labels.

 

Example:
When making the following labels,
Sample labels

  1. Type "ABC3"
  2. Move the cursor under "3"
  3. Continue pressing the function key until "Print Option" is displayed.
  4. Press the OK key.
  5. Press the cursor key until "Numbering" is displayed.
  6. Press the OK key.
  7. "3 - 9?" appears.
  8. Type the last number to be printed "5".
  9. Press the print key or the OK key to print the labels.
