Cannot print after a Windows 10 update (June 2020)

To be able to print again using your Brother machine, follow the instructions below:

 

  1. Make sure the machine is connected to your computer and that they are both powered on.
  2. Restart your computer.

If you still cannot print, update your Windows 10 to the latest version. Follow the instructions below.

 

How to update Windows 10

  1. Click Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates.
  2. Once the update appears, click Download and install.
