What does the LOAD LETTER sized error message mean?

The printer and PC are configured differently, you typically see this message when the printer is using A4 paper and the PC is configured to use Letter sized paper. Go into the printer control panel and confirm that the printer driver is set to print to A4 paper and also ensure that the actual software you are using is set to print on A4 paper.
