The printout is smudged.


Dirt might exist in the paper path. Try printing several blank sheets. If the same problem remains,the toner cartridge, transfer roll cartridge or fuser unit might be old or damaged. Check the toner cartridge, transfer roll cartridge and fuser unit and replace them as necessary.
