The screen is blank.

Check the following:
   

  • Is the AiRScouter turned off?
    Press the Power button to turn the AiRScouter on.
  • Has the external battery discharged?
    Disconnect the external battery and connect the AiRScouter to a different external battery or power source.
  • Is the input device set to the correct resolution?
    Check the product specification and set the resolution of the input device to the input resolution of the AiRScouter.

    The AiRScouter supports only an input device with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.
    If an input device with a resolution of other than 1280 x 720 pixels is connected, the screen may not be displayed correctly.

  • Is the Video Input cable connected correctly?
    Disconnect the HDMI cable from this product and from the input device, and then reconnect it.
