I can't print on a wireless network.

Check the following:

  • Is your printer turned on?
If your printer is not turned on, turn the printer on by holding down the power button located on the right side of the printer. Once the LED lights, your printer is ready to print.

  • Is the Wi-Fi button blinking?
Wireless LAN connection setup may take some time.
When the Wi-Fi button is blinking, wait for a while.
If the blinking does not stop, turn your printer off and then on again, and reconnect the wireless LAN connection.

  • Is the wireless LAN access point/router turned on?
If the wireless LAN access point/router is off, turn it on.

  • Is your wireless LAN properly connected?
If you connect the printer using Infrastructure mode (connected to wireless LAN using a wireless LAN access point/router), the Wi-Fi button is lit in blue.

If the Wi-Fi button is lit in white, your printer may be in Wireless Direct mode.
  • Is the roll cassette installed correctly?
If the cleaning cassette is installed, it cannot to be used to print. Please use the roll cassette.
If the roll cassette is installed correctly, the Cassette button will be lit in white.
    • If the Cassette button is off, remove and reinstall the roll cassette firmly until it locks into original place.
    • If the Cassette button is blinking fast in white, install the correct roll cassette.
For details, see FAQ: “How do I load/change the roll cassette?”.

  • Is paper jammed in the print output slot?
When previously printed paper remains in the print output slot, paper cannot be properly ejected.
Make sure that no dirt or other material remains in the print output slot.

If the problem still continues, turn the printer off and on, and then set up the wireless LAN connection again.
