The printer does not start printing, or the printer is off.

First, turn the printer off and then on again, then check the following:

  1. Make sure the label is not longer than 43 cm / 17''. If necessary, reduce the label length, and then try to print again.
  2. If the label length is correct, try to reduce the label data size. Do one of the following:
    - Reduce the print quality
    - Edit the label to make its layout less complex
    When finished, try to print again.
  3. If you have confirmed the previous steps and you still cannot print, turn the printer off and then on again, and then try to print.
