How can I reset the printer?

You can reset the printer settings in two ways: resetting all the settings or resetting communication settings only.

 

Resetting all the settings

 

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Hold down the Power button (Power) and Feed and cut button (Feed&Cut) buttons for more than three seconds.
    • The Status indicator (Status) indicator flashes in green and the Power indicator (Power) indicator lights in orange.
  3. Continue holding down the Power button (Power) button, and press the Feed and cut button (Feed&Cut) button six times.
    • The Power indicator (Power) indicator flashes three times in orange and the Status indicator (Status) indicator flashes three times in green.
    • All printer settings will be reset to the factory settings.

Resetting the communication settings

 

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Hold down the Power button (Power) and Feed and cut button (Feed&Cut) buttons for more than three seconds.
    • The Status indicator (Status) indicator flashes in green and the Power indicator (Power) indicator lights in orange.
  3. Continue holding down the Power button (Power) button, and press the Feed and cut button (Feed&Cut) button two times (for APIPA On) or four times (for APIPA Off).
    • The Power indicator (Power) indicator flashes three times in orange and the Status indicator (Status) indicator flashes three times in green.
    • The communication settings will be reset to the factory settings.
