Size mismatch

The paper in the tray is not the correct size. Load paper of the correct size in the tray and set the paper size.


Follow the steps listed below to set the paper size:

 

  1. Press Settings (Settings).

     
  2. Press Tray Setting (Tray Setting). (This step might be skipped in some models.)

     
  3. Press Paper Size.

     
  4. Press the Up or Down arrow key to display the options for paper size.

     
  5. Press the paper size you have loaded in the tray.

     
  6. Press Home (Home).
