FAQs & Troubleshooting

When my PC comes out of Standby or hibernate mode the message "No Device" appears and the Status Monitor is greyed out, using Windows® XP/XP Professional x64 Edition.

The message “No Device” may appear  when your PC comes out of Standy or hibernate mode if the Brother machine is not communicating with the PC. To resolve this issue restart your PC.
