When trying to use the Brother ControlCenter2, the error "CC025" appears.

To resolve this issue, download and run the patch tool.


  1. Please click here to download the patch tool. (58 KB)
  2. Once the download is complete double click the downloaded file BrCCS.EXE.and extract its contents.
  3. A File named BrCCStoFix.exe is created. Double click on this file and run the patch tool.
