The printer has stopped receiving data half way through a print job.

Follow the procedure below.


  1. Press the Form Feed/Set button once. The remaining data in the printer will print out.
  2. When the process has finished, the print screen reappears.
    (The printer is ready to print.)

When the printer stops receiving data halfway through a print job, it will wait for a pre determined time. The control panel display with show "Data Wait", the default job timeout is 30 seconds. You can set the job timeout between 5 and 300 seconds on the control panel.

To change the timeout setting, follow the procedure below:
  1. Press the Menu button.
  2. Press the right arrow key.
  3. Press the up/down arrow keys to set the job timeout. Press Form Feed/Set button.
  4. Set the time using the up/down arrow keys.
