The paper is misfeeding or multiple pages are going through.
- Check you are not mixing different paper types in the paper cassette
- Check you are using paper that meets our specification
- Fan the paper stack before loading into the paper cassette
- Take some paper out of the cassette
- Check that the paper side guides are not set too tight
