E01005 appears on the computer screen.

Error message

No scanned image. Please scan an image on your machine and transfer the image to CanvasWorkspace. (E01005)

 

 

 

Cause / Solution

The data scanned with the cutting machine could not be transferred to CanvasWorkspace.
Scan the pattern with the cutting machine, and then transfer it to CanvasWorkspace.
