How do I change the Language setting of the machine?

You need to reset the P-touch to its default setting in order to change the Language setting. It requires erasing the contents of the memory in your P-touch.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Power off the machine.
  2. While holding down Function key and Backspace key, press Power key to turn the machine back on, and then release Function key and Backspace key.
  3. "1. ENG? " should be on the display. If it does not appear, repeat the step 1 and 2.
  4. Press Cursor key key until the required language is displayed.
  5. Press Enter key. The selected language should be on the display.
  6. Press Enter key to apply the setting.
  7. "1.mm?" will be on the display. Select the unit.
  8. Press Enter key. The selected unit should be displayed.
  9. Press Enter key to apply the setting.
