Delete the faxes stored in my Brother machine's memory.
When you print a fax from the Fax Storage memory, it is automatically erased from memory. You can also delete your stored faxes by following these steps:
- Press MENU or MENU/SET and choose Fax => Remote Fax Opt => Fwd/Page/Store or Forward/Store.
- Press the UP OR DOWN ARROW key to choose Off.
- Press the OK or MENU/SET key.
Your Brother machine's LCD will ask you the following question:
Erase All Fax (Doc) ? 1. Yes 2. No
If no faxes are stored in memory, the above question will not appear. Instead, the LCD will read Accepted. - Press 1.
- Press the STOP/EXIT key.
