I'm now unable to print from my PC, even though I could print moments ago.

Turning the power ON/OFF while the print monitor screen is displayed may cause the printer driver to go offline, and therefore make printing impossible.

Open the printers folder and check if the printer driver is shown as offline.

If you don't know how to open the printers folder, see “How to open the Devices and Printers window.”


If it is offline, close the print monitor screen and turn the printer power ON/OFF a few times. If this procedure is unable to make the printer driver go online, restart the computer.
