Switch between the wired network and Wi-Fi® network / Bluetooth® connection

  • Make sure you update your printer's firmware to ver.B1.17.S24 or later. (See "How to update the firmware")
  • To use Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, the optional WLAN / BT Interface (PA-WB-001) is required.
  1. Turn the printer on.
  2. Press [Menu] - [Interface] - [Network Interface].
  3. Select [Auto], [Wi-Fi/Bluetooth], or [Ethernet].
    Setting Connection Mode
    Auto

    Wi-Fi network / Bluetooth connection (when the WLAN / BT Interface (PA-WB-001) is installed before the printer is turned on)
     

    Wired network connection (when the WLAN / BT Interface (PA-WB-001) is not installed before the printer is turned on)

    Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Wi-Fi network / Bluetooth connection (when the WLAN / BT Interface (PA-WB-001) is installed)
    Ethernet Wired network connection

    When finished, the printer will restart automatically.

    You cannot use the wired network and Wi-Fi network / Bluetooth connection simultaneously.
