The battery will not charge.

The battery will not charge due to the following cases:
 

> The insulation sheet has not been removed.

> The USB cable is not connected correctly.

 

  • When the insulation sheet has not been removed:
    Make sure that the insulation sheet (1) has been removed.
    Pull the insulation sheet straight up (first time use only).

    Pull out the protective sheet

  • When the USB cable is not connected correctly:
    When charging the battery by connecting the printer to your computer or USB AC Adapter, the printer will not charge if the USB cable is not plugged in correctly.
    Reconnect the USB cable correctly and confirm that the Battery LED is lit in orange while charging.

    The Battery LED turns off when the battery is fully charged.
