When I print a long label or many labels continuously, printing suddenly stops.
Check the following solutions:
Problem |
Solution |
The printer is in Cooling Mode |
If the printer overheats, it pauses printing to cool down.
If printing does not resume automatically:

Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds to turn the printer off.

Wait a few seconds, and then turn the printer on.

Try to print again.

The label exceeds the maximum length |
If the label is longer than 43 cm / 17'':
-
Turn the printer off and then on again.
-
Reduce the label length.
-
Try to print again.
|
The label data size is too large |
-
Turn the printer off and then on again.
-
Do one of the following to reduce the label data size:
- Reduce the print quality
- Edit the label to make its layout less complex

Try to print again.
