FAQs & Troubleshooting |
The barcode on a printed PDF file cannot be read.
Whether or not a barcode printed from a PDF file can be read depends upon the combination of data orientation and the printing orientation.
-
When printing a PDF file containing a barcode, set [Auto portrait/landscape] under [Orientation] in the Print screen.
-
Click the [Properties] button and open the printer driver properties.
-
Under [Orientation] in the Print window, select [Portrait] when the data orientation is portrait, and [Landscape] when it is landscape.
