How to open / print a stored label file

You can open a stored label file, edit it and save it again.
You can also print a stored file.

 

Opening a stored label file
 

  1. Press the [Menu] key ( Menu key ).
     
  2. Press the [Cursor] keys ( Cursor keys) to select [File], and then press the [OK] key ( OK key ).
     
  3. Press the [Cursor] keys ( Cursor keys ) to select [Open], and then press the [OK] key ( OK key ).
     
  4. Press the [Cursor] keys ( Cursor keys) to select your desired label, and then press the [OK] key ( OK key ).


You can edit the opened file, and overwrite it or save it as another file. For information on saving a label file, see "How to save a label file".



Printing a stored label file
 

  1. Press the [Menu] key ( Menu key ).

  2. Press the [Cursor] keys ( OK key ) to select [File], and then press the [OK] key ( OK key ).

  3. Press the [Cursor] keys ( Cursor keys ) to select [Print], and then press the [OK] key ( OK key ).

  4. Press the [Cursor] keys ( Cursor keys ) to select your desired label, and then press the [OK] key ( OK key ).
    [Copies: 1] is displayed.

  5.  Press the [Cursor] keys ( Cursor key ) or the number keys to specify the number of copies within the range of 1 – 9, and then press the [OK] key ( OK key ).
