When printing using the optional roll printer case (PA-RC-001), gaps between lines may decrease or blurred characters may be printed.

These issues can occur under the following conditions:

  • When using the optional roll printer case (PA-RC-001).
  • When the Density Adjustment setting in the printer driver is set to 10 (maximum), or the Print Density setting in the Printer Setting Tool is set to 10 (maximum).
  • If the printer becomes too hot after continuous printing.

To resolve the issue, update to the latest firmware version. Download and install the latest firmware version from the [Downloads] section.
