The movement of the Flexible Arm is too stiff or too loose.

Has the tightness of the Ball Joints been adjusted?
Turn the Dials of the Ball Joints between the Flexible Arm and the Head Band, and between the Flexible Arm and the Head Display to adjust their tightness.
