Unnecessary dots are included in the printed image.

If you inserted a colour image, unnecessary dots may be printed due to extra colour information in the image. To resolve the issue, convert the image to black-and-white (Monochrome).

 

Please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Double-click the inserted image.

  2. Select Monochrome from the pull-down menu in the Effects section of the Image properties screen, and click OK.

  3. The monochrome image should print without the unnecessary dots.
