FAQs & Troubleshooting
The print result is garbled or corrupted.
If you are using version 6.31a or later of the printer driver, and you are also using a version of the firmware older than version 2.00, the print result will be garbled.
To solve this problem, please install firmware version 2.02 or later from the Downloads page.
