What do the indicator lights mean?
The indicators light and blink to indicate the printer's status. The following symbols are used in this FAQ to explain the meaning of the different indicator colours and patterns.

Communication error | ・Transfer of the data failed. When sending a template as a .blf file, the model name in the file is different. → Check the data and the connection status between the printer and the computer. → Click here to see "How do I connect the printer and my computer via Wi-Fi?" ・The wireless LAN connection was interrupted. Turn off the printer, and then turn the printer on again. → Click here to see "How do I connect the printer and my computer via Wi-Fi?" ・For Windows If this error occurs during 2-colour printing, click the [Print] button in P-touch Editor, and then change [Output] to [Standard] in the [Print] dialog box that appears. If [High Resolution] is selected, you cannot use 2-colour printing. |

Access point setting error | Set the encryption method of the access point to a method other than WEP, and configure the wireless LAN settings using WPS. For more information about setting the encryption method of the access point, see the instructions provided with your access point. |

Security error | Configure the wireless settings using WPS again. | |||
Charging required error | Connect the AC adapter to the printer. | |||
