How do I initialise and clear the P-touch to factory default settings?

You can reset the P-touch labeller when you want to initialise the settings,
or in the event that the P-touch is not working properly.

  1. Press on_off to turn off the power.
     
  2. While holding down shift / shift andr4 key, press on_off to turn on the power.
     
  3. Release on_off, and then release shift / shift andr4 key.
      
     
  4. The machine has been initialised.

The internal memory is reset, and all text and stored files are cleared.

Also, the language, unit, and all settings will be cleared.
