How do I initialize and clear the P-touch to factory default settings?

  1. Turn off the P-touch.

  2. While holding down Key and "R" key, press the power key to turn the P-touch back on.

  3. Finally release Key  and "R" key.

  4. "English" is displayed. The machine has been initialized.

 

The text and formats in the display and all text files stored in the memory are erased.
Also, the language and unit settings will be cleared.
