How do I type symbols?

To type symbols,

  1. Rotate keyuntil 17/19 SYMBOL is displayed, and then presskey .
    (OR holding down key,press key.) 
    A row of symbols appears in the display.

  2. Rotate key(OR  press keyorkey to select the desired row of symbols and press keyor key to select  the desired symbol) 

  3. Presskey (OR press key) to add the symbol to the text.
