When I press the cutter button to cut the label, it is cut off in the middle of the text.

Check if the margin is set to "CHAIN".


If so, it is necessary to feed the tape before pressing the cutter button.
1.     Press key. " Image " appears on the LCD display.
2.     Continue pressing keyor keyuntil "FEED" is displayed.
3.     Press key.
4.     Press the cutter button.
