FAQs & Troubleshooting

I'm unable to print suddenly even though I could print a little while ago.

Turning ON/OFF the power while displaying the print monitor screen may cause the printer driver go off-line and render printing impossible.

In this case, open [Printers / Printers and Faxes] folder of Windows to check whether P-touch printer driver is off-line or not.
If so, close the print monitor screen and turn ON/OFF the power of P-touch several times. If this procedure is unable to make the printer driver on-line, restart the computer.
